1. 2007-Central region (Kuala Lumpur Selangor).

2. 2008-Northern region (Perak, Kedah and Penang).

3. 2009-Southern region (Johor, Malacca and Negeri Sembilan).

4. 2010-Eastern region (Terengganu, Pahang and Kelantan).

5. 2010-Sabah and Sarawak.
